FAQs
What does GaliaBeats Records do?
We are an artist-first record label that handles the heavy lifting, global distribution, strategic marketing, A&R support and booking your live sets at our Galiabeats music festivals. We act as your powerhouse engine to scale your career globally, all while ensuring you keep 100% ownership of your masters, the lion's share of your profits, and total creative control.
Where is GaliaBeats Records located?
We operate on a truly global scale. GaliaBeats Records has offices in over 13 countries, with our main branches located in the USA, UK, Japan, China, and Brazil. This worldwide presence gives us the on-the-ground resources needed to push your music into major international markets effectively.
How do I submit a demo to GaliaBeats Records?
We’re always listening! To submit your music, simply reach out to our team at demo@galiabeatsrecords.com with a streaming link or audio file to your best unreleased tracks. If we feel your sound and vision are a match for our roster, we will definitely reach back out to you to talk next steps.
How can I get signed?
There are two main ways to join the GaliaBeats family. You can proactively send us your best unreleased music by submitting a demo to demo@galiabeatsrecords.com. Alternatively, we heavily trust our community—if one of our current roster artists believes in your vision and recommends you to us, our team will personally reach out to you!
You can also be signed as a partner and not a full artist of GBM. This means we promote your music only!
What genres of music does GaliaBeats Records sign?
We don't box ourselves into just one sound, we sign visionaries. Whether you are producing high-energy electronic, shaping the future of hip-hop, crafting indie anthems, or pushing pop boundaries, we care more about your unique identity and drive.
Are there any hidden fees or upfront costs to join?
Absolutely not. The traditional industry is built on predatory fees and shady accounting, but we do things differently. There are zero upfront costs to sign with us. We operate on a transparent profit-share model where you keep the lion's share.
How do I level up from a "New Artist" to an "Experienced" or "Core" artist?
Your progression is based on a mix of loyalty and momentum! You automatically hit the "Experienced" tier after being an active, releasing artist on our roster for one year. Reaching the elite "Core" tier, which unlocks guaranteed festival slots and full project funding, is based on hitting specific streaming milestones, proving your live-show readiness, and showing a relentless work ethic.
How often do I get paid my royalties?
We believe your money should be in your pocket, not sitting in our bank account. We process streaming royalties on a strict monthly basis with 100% transparent accounting dashboards. Plus, depending on your status in the "New Artist" tier, you can also earn up to that $30/month active-roster bonus!
What does an active-roster mean?
An active-roster artist is someone who has used our platform regularly. It doesn't mean they have to put out music constantly, it just means they remain active with us!
What happens to the music I’ve already released before signing?
Because you hold the final say, the choice is entirely yours! We can seamlessly migrate your back catalog over to GaliaBeats distribution so all your analytics and payouts are in one place, or you can leave your previous releases exactly where they are.
What are the Galiabeats Music Festivals and where are they held?
The GaliaBeats Music Festivals are our massive, label-exclusive live events held multiple times a year. Rather than begging other promoters for stage time, we built our own platform. We host these electrifying events across our key global markets—including stages in Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas—giving our Core artists guaranteed slots to perform for thousands of fans worldwide. These events are fully funded by AdvitCare Organization.
Who funds GaliaBeats?
GBM is fully funded by the AdvitCare Organization.
